Dean King as CEO/General Manager is responsible for business development and as well as project delivery. Dean King has over 20 years of experience in the bidding, planning, evaluation, implementation, administration, management, and successful project delivery on a wide variety of projects from base site remediation and O&M repair projects to Sr. Project Manager on multi-million dollar renovation projects. Dean King is responsible for environmental health and safety compliance, project cost and scheduling, quality, and timeliness of project delivery. Mr. King’s experience as an EIT Engineer both as a USACE Civil Engineer and as GM of DLK is both varied and comprehensive.
Andrew Winchester is our General Superintendent. Andrew has over 25 years of experience as a carpenter, foreman and supervisor. He has worked as a carpenter and supervisor on major industrial and commercial projects in and around New England. He is a skilled framer, fit-up, and finish carpenter and is a competent supervisor with expertise in coordinating crafts, subcontractors, and scheduling and completing work on time, within budget, and with quality workmanship. He consistently develops a rapport with owners, architects, and regulatory agents.

At DL King we have our own in house laborers & carpenters. We have Team Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors that are consultants on most of our projects. All of our employees are 10 OSHA Certified and Staff is 40HR HAZWOPER Certified.
